  • 1000g sour cream
  • 1000g all-purpose flour
  • 10g salt

Filling:

  • 600g pureed beets
  • 200g mashed russet potato
  • 50g Pecorino Romano
  • 40g green onion
  • 5g horseradish
  • lemon juice to taste
