Herbed dipping sauce

Grilled_veg

Make this into a tasty side dish or appetizer by serving with grilled vegetables.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) 1% plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavours blend.
  3. Serve with grilled vegetables.
