Eczema Balm

  • Cocoa Butter     25g
  • Shea Butter    25g

Melt these two butters in a double broiler between 70°C and 75°C. Once melted remove from head and add the following:

  • Arnica Oil      5g
  • Hemp Oil      5g
  • Calendula Oil     5g
  • 1 capsule Vitamin E
  • 3 capsules Neem Oil* (*Note: the capsules have to be broken and use only the contents)
  • Propolis Tincture 2-3 drops
  1. Mix all of the above until Propolis is completely mixes. Store in a sterilized jar.
  2. Leave at room temperature for 24 hours.
  3. Store in a cool dry place or refrigerate for up to three months.

Acne Spot Treatment & Mask

Mix the following ingredients:

  • Witch Hazel     70g
  • Cider Vinegar      42g
  • Tea Tree Oil    10-15 drops
  • Propolis      16 drops
  1. In the mean time heat 170mL  of distilled water at 60°C. Remove from heat and add 2 pouches of Gelatin and the mix of oils from above. Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (if you are using Turmeric capsules use 8-10 drops).
  2. Mix all together and leave at room temperature for 24 hours. (Tip: stir every couple of hours)
  3. Store in sterilized bottle.
  4. Store in a cool dry place or refrigerate for up to two months.

Foot & Body Scrub

  • 2 Tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Oatmeal Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 9-10 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 capsule Vitamin E
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and add any preferred essential oils. For example, 6-7 drops of Peppermint or 10 drops of Orange essential oil.
  2. Store at room temperature for up to one month.
  3. Enjoy!
