      Multiply this mixture according to the amount of cooked leftover turkey.

      Use in crepes, sauces, pastas, casseroles, soups, chilli, quesadillas, tacos, as you would a ground beef mixture.

      1 tbsp canola oil
      ½ onion chopped
      1 stalk celery, sliced
      1 small sweet pepper, diced
      1 clove garlic, minced
      2 cups cooked turkey, cubed

      In a skillet heat oil over medium. Add onion, celery, pepper and garlic and sauté until just tender and fragrant – do not overcook!
      Mix in cooked turkey.
      Store in a labelled, sealed container for up to 3 months.
